The following groups of patients (list not exclusive) should be considered for referral to the ICC clinic
a) Patients with definite or probable ICC for on-going follow-up
b) Patients with suspected ICC requiring specialist review to confirm or refute diagnosis
c) Family members (first degree) of patients with confirmed or suspected ICC
d) Family members (first degree) of individuals that have died suddenly and where a cardiac cause is suspected
