Biography

My name is Holly O'Connell, I am 14 years old, and I am currently fundraising for a charity trip to Sumatra in 2020. My aim is to raise £3000 before October 2020, which I am just past half way of. During the trip I will be planting trees and rebuilding habitats in the rainforest, for the endangered orangutan. Also on this expedition I will be sleeping in a hammock in the rainforest, and experiencing the wildlife first-hand! I hope this trip is a step towards rebuilding the Sumatran orangutan population!
