Coming into the tournament we aimed to work as a team to iron out any mistakes and problems in any of our plays as this was our last opportunity to do this as team before the World championships in July! We couldn't have started the tournament any better coming out with 3 very convincing wins on the first day (Saturday) putting us straight into the semi finals on the Sunday. Coming up against a very tough opponent in the semis we managed to get the win with a very close score of 15-14 putting us into the finals. After a tough final game we came out on top! This was a massive achievement for not only myself but the whole team and has put us in a great position going into worlds in 3 weeks time. Plenty of training and fitness in the mean time...
