2022/23 Dodgeball Season has been about bettering myself; it took a lot of hard work and with a donation from the Inspire Awards I was able to complete the British Dodgeball Level 3 Coaching qualification. Working with the U15 teams at SouthWest Leicestershire Dodgeball Academy. I worked closely with team 2 and even though they didn't reach the championships they worked really hard and as a club we are really proud of them, the 1st team went to the championships and came 5th in the country.

At the championships I worked with the U13 team who came away with 6th. The proudest part of the day was helping with the U11s who came away as runner ups!

I also progressed well playing at club level with Mustang 2 - a young adult squad who surprised a lot of older players. And then I competed with the DMU team - it was upsetting to loose out on first place at BUCS but 2nd got us promotion. And coming 3rd at regional gave me a medal for this season.

Who knows what 2023/24 will bring with junior, mens and university leagues.
