As I enter my final year as a youth rider, I am grabbing every opportunity I can to race. I have recently signed for a race team Garden Shed UK Scott Verge Sport for the coming two years for cyclocross and cross country mountain biking. They will support me with bikes, wheels, race entry fees, nutrition, training and fingers crossed international racing and training - covid permitting. This really will be a new chapter as I move to be a junior rider.

As lockdown eases, races are being planned and I should be racing in Italy at the European Youth Cross Country Mountain Biking Championship in Pila in June before embarking on hopefully numerous trips to Belgium during the winter season.

I will be forever grateful to the generosity of JHMT and I wish the family, the trustees and all of the talented beneficiaries all the very best of luck and good health for their future adventures.
