Fun challenges in the gym

As part of my on going gym sessions with Jon, he has set me a fun challenge for a combination of all the elements I'm working on. The challenge is the frog hold which is originally a yoga pose but we've also got some variations which make it more challenging. The basis of the hold is to balance your body weight on only your hands while staying in a crouched position. It's harder than it sounds! The variation we have is then to lift one of your legs away from your body while still holding the position. I have managed to hold the basic one for just over 30 seconds but I am struggling with the variation.
