I travelled down to London Aquatics Centre on Friday 21st to swim200m Breaststroke on Saturday and 100m Breaststroke on Sunday.

I had not swam in a competition since the British Championships in Glasgow, as I had a family wedding to attend in May when it was the Midlands Championships. I was looking forward to racing the only down side was it was heats only no finals.

I had a good swim on Saturday's 3rd session swimming the 200m Breaststroke only one second off by PB which I was pleased with. Sunday was the 100m Breaststroke which was in the 2nd session at dinner time, I swim a PB by half a second so was really pleased as this was a Leicestershire Ladies Long course County Record.
