First Long Course race of the season up at Ponds Forge Sheffield, I travelled up for the 200m Breaststroke on Sunday 27th January. I have not raced long course since last July so wasn't sure how my race would go.

I was fairly please with my race as I was PB + 4 in the heat, there were no finals which I may have gone slightly faster if there had been.

This was not my target meet more just to see where I am at this time of year.

Next long course race will be in 3 weeks up in Sheffield again racing for Loughborough University at BUCS.
