As a result of our performance we have been offered a place in the British Youth Sailing Team for this coming season! We are very pleased with our achievement and would like to thank JHMT for their support in our sport. Furthermore, due to my successes over the last year I have been nominated for Rutland Sportswoman of the Year. This is a great achievement for me and I look forward to attending the awards evening in November. With lots of training and competitions coming up in November and December we are busy working on our fitness so we can perform our very best. We have also been accepted into the Welsh National Squad and look forward to working with the coaches. I also recently passed by powerboat level 2 certificate which will help lead on to me getting my coaching qualifications. Fingers crossed for the next few weeks!
