Whilst visiting family last week in N Ireland, I was lucky enough to be offered long course training with Ards SC at the fabulous Aurora Pool in Bangor. Everyone was very welcoming and it was great to experience their training sets. Thursday marked the start of my first training camp with the Swim England Performance Squad at Loughborough University. Lots of classroom work, testing and assessment and hard work in the pool. Lots of ideas to take back to my home programme. And then on Sunday I raced at the Nova Centurion SC Meet in Nottingham! So pleased with my results. 4 events, 4 PB's, 4 golds, 3 Winter National Short Course qualification times and 2 Senior Leicestershire County records.
