Last day today at Ponds Forge and hoping to finish on a high! 200 free today, an event I have always enjoyed racing. My heat swim gave me a place in the final and my final swim earnt me another silver medal and a massive 2 second personal best time. And that's the end of this season. Looking forward to 4 weeks off and lots of rest. Very happy with my British Rankings at the end of the long course season: No2 200 free, 200 breast, 200IM and 400IM. No 1 400, 800 and 1500 free.
