Two of my favourite events today plus a team relay. First up was the 200IM followed by the fastest heat in the 800 free. My 200IM heat swim gave me a lane in the final, which followed very soon after the 800. I knocked a massive 4 seconds off my 800 time, which earnt me the gold in my age group (13 seconds ahead of silver) and placed me 4th overall in this event. Couldn't be happier with that result as only the 4th time I have raced this event. I also swam a personal best in the 200IM final and got the silver medal.
