Since my last post I have done a 3000m race in Birmingham which I won and also got a new pb by 9 seconds! I was really happy with this. I also have done my first 10km race in Derby where I was 3rd female, I was over the moon with this placing. Thank you so much to JHMT team for the support in enabling me to buy new kit and travel to the races, It has proved very helpful!
