Another weekend at Ponds Forge, Sheffield racing a mixture of events that I don't swim often and a couple of familiar ones. This event is in the qualifying window for the British Summer Nationals and so I was pleased that I raced 3 new PB's. Entered 4 events and came home with 4 age group gold medals and a silver in the 15/o 100 fly final but most importantly, indicators of process goals where there is room for improvement.
