Thank you so much for this award. It is a great honour to receive any award. To receive an award from the Joe Humphries Memorial Trust is fantastic. I applied for this award to help pay for a Strength and Conditioning coach for 2018. I have moved up to the Junior age group and away from the small gears of youth racing. At senior nationals in January I have quickly found that I need more strength and power to push the bigger gears faster and so I have started a S&C programme. I hope you enjoy my blogs as I properly learn how to lift stuff up and put stuff down again (of course in a controlled way).
