Indoors

As the indoor seasons comes to a close, I thought I'd give an update on my progress.
This indoor season has been a big struggle as I've been trying to balance training with my final year of A levels, it has certainly been hard finding a balance!
However, despite my busy schedule I have recorded some success this season, such as knocking almost 5 seconds off my previous P.B. in the 600m, achieving a time of 1:25.
My main focus on the indoors has been with the 60m hurdles where I have achieved several personal bests so far, the most recent coming a couple of weeks ago at the Midlands Championships where I ran a time of 8.46 to take the bronze medal!
Tomorrow I will step onto the indoor track for the final time this season at Sheffield in the England Age Group Championships, where my aim is to better my performance last year and hopefully reach the final.
