200IM, first event of the morning. Really pleased with how I executed what I have practiced in training. New PB and a place in the 'B' final this pm. Finished 7th with another PB in the final and Junior Gold. Great result. Have totally enjoyed competing against the best in the Country, those trying for Commonwealth Games qualification times for next year. In summary, 7 events entered, 5 Junior gold, 2 Junior Silver, 6 PB's, 2 'A' finals, 1 'B' final and a fastest heat. All this meant the Top Junior Boy award of the Champs.
