Started off day 2 with Junior Silver, a county record a new PB time in the 200 free which was great preparation for my 400IM. This is a tricky event that needs stamina and I have not really concentrated yet on my IM this season. My heat time meant I had a place in the 'A' final again. It was another massive experience to race with the men swimming for Commonwealth times and I knocked 3 seconds off my heat swim time, a Junior Gold. 100 and 1500 free tom.
