Earlier this month I competed in the Midlands long course championships in Nottingham.

I was able to swim races that I don't normally swim, as I gained the qualifying times I needed for Winter Nationals and British Championships last season.

I had a great weekend, with a fantastic strong final day. I made finals in the 100m fly, 400m IM and the 50m free, gaining long course pb's in all, with a massive 7 second pb in the 400 IM finals putting me in 7 place on British rankings for my age.
