I had a wonderful experience at Mare Nostrum, Canet. I competed in the 50m, 100m and 200m backstroke, making the finals in the 200m backstroke.

I made some new friends whilst there and had a very enjoyable experience. My times weren't the fastest but as I wasn't tapered for the races, my coach and I were both happy.

Looking forward and training hard for my main end of season meet, the British Nationals. Taper... here I come!!!
