I travelled up to Ponds Forge Sheffield to compete in 50m, 100m and 200m Breaststroke events.

Tuesday I had the 50m Breaststroke which I made the final for 19 years and over and finished 7th.

Wednesday was my main event the 200m Breaststroke I swam OK in the heat going in 6th fasted.

In the Final 19 years and over I won a Silver Medal which I was very pleased with.

Sunday was my final race 100m Breaststroke, I was very disappointed with my race but that's swimming for you.
