Last Sunday, on the June 11th, I ran the 110m hurdles in Nuneaton at the Midlands Athletics Championship. I won my race with a wind assisted personal best, which now means I've been selected to represent a joint England/Midlands team at a Welsh International in Cardiff on July 12th!
