Had a hectic 3 days at Ponds Forge, swimming heats and finals in my 10 individual events, plus 3 14/16 yr boys relays with my COLSC team mates. Am excited to report that I came home with 9 golds and a silver medal in my 14 yr boy age group, 2 golds in the 14/15 yr 400IM and 400 Free finals (plus new county records in these events) and an East Midlands Senior Champion trophy for the 400IM. My relay team won 3 golds also. Importantly, I have posted new personal best times on the rankings for the British Champs. Training hard now for British.
