Have been training hard for the East Midlands Champs in Sheffield this weekend. I have entered 10 individual events hoping to get some more times on the rankings for British Champs in July. Plus, I am racing in 4 relay events with my COLSC team mates.

I had a fabulous evening at the Lord Lieutenant's Young Person of the Year Award. The stories told were a real inspiration and I met some new friends to keep in touch with.
