Unity Boxng Club Coach, Ajmal Butt said: 'Paige works so hard because she wants to be the best. She has a terrific work ethic and temperament and is an example to everyone else in the gym'.
Paige said: 'because there are so few female boxers, I have to travel all over the UK to compete. Travel and accommodation costs can be really expensive. My club, Leicester Unity Boxing Club, helps me, but their funds are limited, so I will be using the grant to help me travel and compete across the country.
My dream is to box for England and I truly believe I can achieve that dream. A grant like this makes a huge difference - it makes that dream a step closer. It increases my ability to achieve what I want to achieve'.
