Biography
Hi my name is Charl and I am 19 years old. i have been playing netball at various levels . I have been in franchise pathways from 15. I recently travelled up to Manchester to trial for England Mixed National Team. I got in!!! I play for Loughborough local team Mollbuzzers and TFC and now represent EMMNA Mixed national squad!!I spend a lot my week travelling and on the netball court and wouldn't have it any other way! With the support from JHMT again this year. I am delighted and grateful to receive the award and it will enable me to continue achieving my goals . I will use some of the money on courses for coaching and england netball ( first one this weekend!!) camps and trainers ! I will also use some for a gym membership to focus on getting my body stronger and fitter in order for me to compete at this Level. Thanku again

Crazy catch and zoom

During July I bought a crazy catch and some equipment for the garden to switch up my home training a bit! Thankyou jhmt!! Para deaf championship

Before lockdown back in feb I took part in the para deaf championships at Nottingham university. ( I am partially deaf in one ear) . We got a team together from various different clubs I play of have played with and other clubs in the region to make 1 team to take part . It's amazing how many netballer actually struggle with hearing problems even at the higher levels of netball. It was a fun day and was lead by one of my old county netball coaches! We won gold!!!
