On Tuesday 16th September, Martin Johnson patron of the JHMT and Ffion Davies (consultant in A&Eat the LRI) and Trust SADS expert, gave a talk to GPs on sudden cardiac death in young people at the NHS Leicester City Clinical Commissioning Group. This was another landmark moment on our journey to raise awareness and reduce the incidence of SADS across the city and county.

This signals another flurry of activity for everyone involved in supporting Joe's Trust as we countdown to SADS Awareness Week (4th - 11th October 2014) and the SADS Medical Conference (14/10/14).

Both events fall around the 2nd anniversary of the sudden loss of Joe to SADS in October 2012.
