Before lockdown back in feb I took part in the para deaf championships at Nottingham university. ( I am partially deaf in one ear) . We got a team together from various different clubs I play of have played with and other clubs in the region to make 1 team to take part . It's amazing how many netballer actually struggle with hearing problems even at the higher levels of netball. It was a fun day and was lead by one of my old county netball coaches! We won gold!!! Since all training has been suspended I have been doing an online training session with my netball club via zoom app! This works really well and keeps in touch with my netball teammates! It was a meta fit session with one of my coaches – hard work !! Read More »
