During July I bought a crazy catch and some equipment for the garden to switch up my home training a bit! Working on change of direction and reactions. Thankyou jhmt!! Also my netball club have put on some zoom sessions with super league players ! Yesterday was a shooting session with chloe essam and also had a couple with SAch Grant from Mavs!
