Zoom gym session

In the past few weeks I've changed my gym work a little bit adding in some more lower body strength exercises. Still continuing with my core work as before, I have now joined a group that do lower body strength sessions on Zoom that are designed to improve maximum power on the bike. These sessions are very intense and leave us all pretty sore for the next few days. Since I started these sessions they've been replacing one of my on bike sessions in the week, however I can already feel the benefits after only 5 sessions. In the photo you can see us all catching our breath at the end of this weeks session!
