Lockdown training!

Well, what can I say?
Definitely not the best of situations for all high level athletes, anyway how I have been coping with training from home!

Within the first weeks of being of as-well as still working hard with school, I have been doing many things, a few examples are multi-feeds in my garden and on my drive, practising my movement, runs, sprints, circuit training also making use of things such as baked bean tins and little kettlebells to keep my wrist strength up as when I go back to playing badminton all my muscles will be ready, it has been hard don’t get me wrong but it gives me and many other athletes to concentrate on specific areas of their career which 100% are the weakest links of their game.

This is just a little blog on how I have coped with the self isolation.

STAY SAFE!
