I travelled to London on Friday 21 June 2019 to compete in the London Summer Open Meet at the Aquatic Centre, London on Saturday and Sunday 22 and 23 June 2019.

I entered 4 events, 200 backstroke, 200 butterfly, 200 IM and 200 freestyle. I finished first in the 200 backstroke, 200 IM and 200 freestyle winning 3 gold medals. In the 200 butterfly I finished second with a silver medal and broke the Leicestershire women's county record for the event. I was off my PB in the 200 backstroke, 200 IM and in the 200 freestyle this was only by a second. I was pleased with my swims especially the 200 butterfly, and now look forward to the British Summer Championships in July.
