This weekend, I completed my Level 2 Track cycling course, which was at Manchester Velodrome (national cycling centre). There were only 4 people on the course so we got lots of coaching and lots of discussion about all types of cycling/coaching in. It was good to ride in other sessions and have the opportunity to also develop my track riding.
