I entered 4 events, 200 Fly, 100 Freestyle, 200 backstroke and 400 IM. The 200 fly and 100 freestyle were on Saturday and the other two on Sunday.

I qualified for the final in both the 200 fly and 100 freestyle and gained a silver medal. I decided not to swim in the 200 backstroke so I could concentrate on the 400 IM. I qualified for the final of the 400 IM and gained a gold medal and was overall champion in this event. I was only just a second off my PB in the fly and was pleased with the result. I was in the 400 freestyle team for Loughborough and we won the event.

All together I was very pleased with my weekend of swimming and am looking forward to my next competition which is being held at the London Aquatic Centre at the end of June.
