Thanks for the support, the money will go to bettering my training and the coaching I get. Recently I've been making technical changes which will improve the rhythm of the throw and being more efficient to put more power into the disc. I've also been running more so I'm becoming an all round fitter athlete. As well as that my recovery from injury is going well and I'm looking at starting to add gym exercises soon to increase my strength and help with injury prevention.
