Yesterday, on the 12th, I took part in my first indoor competition of the season. I competed in the 60m hurdles at an open meet at Loughborough University; it was my first outing at my new age group, under 23s, over the full height hurdles (3ft6) and I came away with a time of 8.76s which I was reasonably happy with for my first time. I am now looking forward to working on fine tuning my performance as the indoor season continues and hope to come away with more personal bests as I become more accustomed to racing over the senior height.
