I travelled up to Ponds Forge for the Short Course Winter Nationals on Thursday 13th December. I had entered 3 events 100m Fly and 100m , 200m Breaststroke.

On Friday I made the A Final in the 100m Breaststroke finishing 7th in a PB. This was a Leicester Shire Ladies County Record.
