I have been selected to represent Great Britain at the Japanese National Development Camp in Sazuka next month. I am the youngest of the 4 male team members. We fly to Tokyo on 9 December where we will spend 2 days aclimatising before we travel another 4 hours to the camp in Sazuka. Here we will spend 8 days training with the Japanese athletes. Training will be challenging but it will be a fantastic cultural experience and I am very excited. We return to the UK on 21st December which will of course mean that I will miss the Swim England Winter Nationals this year.
