I am now back in training after the summer break. The swimming squad have been on team building exercises and this was numerous outdoor activities at Sheffield Cable Ski and Water Park. My next competition is the Manchester International Short Course Swimming Meet on 20 and 21 October 2018, this will be the first meet of the season.
