On Friday October 19th I travelled up to Manchester for my first meet of the season.

On Saturday I made the finals in the 200m Breaststroke and 50m Fly. I finished 2nd in the 200 Breast and was 0.4 of my PB, in the 50m Fly I finished 4th 0.06 off my PB.

Sunday I also made finals in 100m Fly and Breaststroke. 100m Fly 0.3 off PB finishing 3rd just 0.01 off 2nd, 100m Breast I finished 3rd 0.5 off my PB.

Overall I was really pleased with my races and look forward to the rest of the season.
