Bank holiday Monday saw me and the rest of my team mates at City of Leicester head up to Ponds Forge again for this 1 day championship meet.

I had entered 50m backstroke, butterfly and freestyle and was extremely happy to make the open finals in all 3 sprint events.

I pb'd in everything today and won all 3 open events bringing home 3 gold medals and a top 10 finishing position in 50m Backstroke in the British rankings. My 50m freestyle and butterfly times also saw me qualify for English nationals.
