I had entered a few select swims at Ponds Forge as I needed to improve on my qualifying times for British Nationals in July.

I was pleased with my 200m backstroke - swimming a 2.16.41 putting me in a strong top 10 British position and less than a second off my all time best.

Also pleased with my 100m backstroke time of 1.03.96 again putting me in a strong position to qualify for British nationals.
