Mixed emotions after indoor Nationals this weekend...on one hand I'm delighted to say that I ran a decent race and managed to scrape another pb in 60m hurdles with a time of 8.43 seconds however, after a controversial decision, I missed out on the final by just one place, finishing with the 9th fastest time on the day! On the plus side, it was a fun experience and shows I'm making steps in the right direction as the outdoor season approaches where, should I continue progressing the way I am currently, I should be well on my way to making national finals in the 110m hurdles at both the England age group championships and English Schools🤞🏽
