I've just returned from a very successful weekend at the BUCS Canoe Slalom Championships, where my University (Nottingham) won! It was a cold weekend at the Tees Barrage White Water Course, where we came away with 5/7 titles, and a mammoth haul of BUCS points.

I took Gold in the Mixed Team event competing with Amy Hollick and Sam Ibbotson, and also a 4th place in the C2 with Eoin Teague. It was a good warm up race before the season starts in earnest next month. Now, back to some hard training.
