Really enjoyed my weekend racing in France with the East Midlands team. I wasn't expecting any PB's, as we had trained hard in the build up to the meet and we were not tapered and so was using the meet as race preparation for the Trials in March. Delighted with first place in my 1500 and A final positions in my other 4 events. My best result was first place in the 400IM, with a 7 second improvement on my heat time and a massive 4 sec PB.
