I had a great 3 races, 2 weeks ago at Ponds Forge.

I swam the 50m, 100m and 200m backstrokes and made open finals in all, making the 'A' final in the 50m.

I hadn't tapered for this meet, so no pb's, but I was close to them and used the experience to work on my long course race techniques ready for British Championships in Edinburgh.

Looking forward to 2 days off over Christmas, but will be back on it ready for the Amiens meet in France in January.
