Firstly I would like to take this opportunity to thank JHMT for their kind grant and support with my athletic journey it is very much appreciated.

My recent Cross Country has been my most successful yet, it started with a large victory at the Leicestershire and Rutland County's race. Then being the runner-up at the Midland Cross Country in a tough race. I came 15th at the national Cross Country which was a good result but I knew I could do better, which I then proved in the UK inter counties at Nottingham where I came 8th and that topped off a successful Cross Country season.

I am currently ranked 11th in the UK according to this months addition of athletics weekly.
