Had a great weekend at Ponds Forge racing with my COLSC team mates for the second time in the qualifying window for British Summer Champs. Raced 2 new personal best times in the 200 and 400IM, breaking my own County records in both these events. Raced another qualifying time for the British Champs 2017 in 2 weeks time bringing my total to 5. Pleased with this as this is the first year I have been old enough to race at this prestigious meet.
