I look forward to attending a workshop this Sunday in Sheffield with AASE, and my training continues both with COLSC and the Beacon Programme getting ready for my upcoming long course season.

I am attending the Burns Meet at the end of this month where I am hoping to make my 3 British Championships Qualifying Times even faster.
