Had a great day at Ponds Forge on Sunday racing short course with the Leicestershire team. Really pleased with my 2 events. Knocked 2 secs off 100 free and 5 secs off 100 breast, earning a new Leicestershire Junior County record (record stood since 1999.) My underwater work is coming on, which is good as I have been really practicing hard in training.
